I started Coastal Cookie Co. because I believe every celebration — no matter how big or small — deserves something truly beautiful. And I've never been able to do anything halfway.
My Story
From a hobby at the kitchen table to a brand built with love.
I've always been creative. Growing up I was the kid with paint on her hands and sketchbooks stacked on every surface. Drawing, painting, making things — it was just how I processed the world. I never imagined that creativity would one day lead me to a piping bag and a tray of sugar cookies.
Baking started as something I did for fun. A way to unwind, to create, to give people something that made them smile. But somewhere between perfecting my royal icing consistency and getting my first "where did you get these?!" at a friend's party, I realized this was more than a hobby. It was a calling.
I went to culinary school to study pastry arts — because if I was going to do this, I was going to do it right. Every technique I learned, every skill I sharpened, went back into making my cookies better, more detailed, more intentional. Because for me, a cookie isn't just a cookie. It's edible art.
